If you are interested in commissioning me, please send me an email at cardsurgeonshop@gmail.com with an image of the card(s) that you want me to make for the commission.
If there is a specific time you would like the commission to be finished, please clearly establish this in the initial email.
I will then give a price quote and send an invoice through PayPal.

If commissions are currently not available, go ahead and email me that you’re interested. I can add you to the waitlist and I will notify you when they open back up so you can get the first opportunity.

There may be a chance that I have to suggest another card because the original one requested may be too simple or complicated for me to do. Please refer to the criteria below.

What is the average cost of a commissioned 3D card?

Final price is about $20-$25 USD with US shipping.

How long do commissions take?

Based on when the cards will come in the mail, a commission of one 3D card should be done in approximately one month.

Who will supply the cards for the commission?

I will offer to provide the cards that are needed.

If you would like to send in your own cards, it will lower the price of the commission as the cost of the cards are not being factored into the final cost. The cards will need to arrive before a month has passed since the commission payment.

If you choose to supply the cards, I recommend that they will need to be sent with tracking. I am not responsible for the loss of cards sent.

Please keep in mind that I only use authentic cards and the cards will be tested for authenticity. If I feel they are proxies, I will send the cards back to you, cancel your commission, and you forfeit your payment.

Where do you ship?

I only ship in the United States. The shipping cost is included in the final price.

Refunds?

If I am still in the process of the commission:

I accept refunds if the situation no longer works for you. You will not receive the product(s).

If the product(s) does not satisfy you:

You will have 5 days after receiving your product(s) to decide to return it.

If you decide to return it, please notify me via email before you attempt to mail the product(s) back to me. I will issue a refund once I receive the product(s) back.

Terms and Conditions:

I own the artwork, and it is for personal use only, it may not be resold nor altered.

I accept refunds if the situation no longer works for you. You will not receive the product(s).

I am allowed to post them publicly on my social media and create a time-lapse video.

The payment must be done upfront through PayPal from the invoice that I send.

I have the right to decline a commission request.
